If you’ve wanted to try meditation, or wanted a teacher to help you learn how to meditate, this is the class for you. In this series of classes, Spencer Perraut, a student and teacher at Kosala Buddhist Center, will give teachings about getting started with and sustaining a meditation practice. This series will make it easy to learn to meditate no matter how “busy” you think your mind is.
February 26- Life without stress: How to remove negative states of mind like anger and stress in our daily life through meditation
March 25- Creating Joy: cultivating love and compassion.
Everyone is welcome. No experience necessary.
